Baby Boom, II

But this ain't your momma's baby boom. While the total number of births has gone up, the birth-rate-per-woman is still pretty low. Which tells me that a few women are having a lot of damned kids. (Slow down, missy... and watch this commercial.)

Does a a few women having a lot of damned kids include octo-mom? Or is she just too much of an outlier for the stats?
