How to leave a non-anonymous comment

Blogger's default commenting form allows commenters to "sign" their comments using any one of several user profiles:

  • a GMail email address;
  • a LiveJournal, WordPress or TypePad blog account username;
  • an AOl Instant Messenger Screenname; or
  • an OpenID credential.

If a commenter doesn't use any of those services, Blogger will allow him to leave a reply either anonymously or signed with his name (or any name of your choosing, I guess).To leave a "signed with my name" reply, simply select the Name/URL option under the "Comment as:" drop-down menu. Type your name and (if you wish) your website address. Then go ahead and leave your comment.
