U-VA researcher Timothy Salthouse finds that mental reasoning begins to decline at 27. Previous research found that the brain isn't fully developed until 25.

So, what... we've got two whole years of fully-functioning non-senility?

(Then, again, Salthouse looks to be about 60, so what the hell does he know?)
