Last night, Keith Olbermann had a thing or two to say about President Obama's "reflection not retribution" talk about not prosecuting those CIA officials who committed war crimes.

If you haven't yet read those memos, you really should. You'll agree, the Nuremburgy "we were just following orders" just isn't going to cut it. You'll also agree that the authors of these memos (one of whom, amazingly, is a sitting federal judge, and who was confirmed to the bench with a nary a peep from Congressional Democrats who knew that he was involved in this mess) need to be prosecuted as well for enabling these war crimes, illegal under US law and treaty.
